I love yoga and exercise. I was in search of best yoga studio here in US. I attended sample classes of multiple studios but I didn't felt them genuine.
When I attended Vinitha class for the first time I had some warm, genuine feeling and it truly made me feel happy and peaceful. You teach us how to feel good in life, not just trying to sweat it out and pump hard in yoga class.
All other places I visited are too much in the west is getting mixed with aerobics, heat, dance, acro, etc. that they lose the original integrity of these profound exercises, but not in Vinitha classes, it as good as it gets.
